Calvary Chapel Space Coast
is a loving church family that consists of people from a variety
of denominational backgrounds. We focus on what we have in common in
Christ, and are committed to keeping Christ central in our
fellowship, our worship, and our teaching of the Word. The Calvary
Chapel dove and name make a statement about our focus on Christ and
dependence on the Holy Spirit.

Calvary
Chapel Space Coast is a Bible believing church. We hold strongly
to those things clearly taught in scripture, and believe that ALL
scripture is inspired by God. We choose not to divide over those
things in scripture, where a strong case can be made one way or the
other. We believe developing personal convictions is important, but
that it is equally important to respect those who hold differing
convictions.
Calvary Chapel Space
Coast is family. We believe our commitment to the Lord and our
love for Christ is demonstrated by the way we treat each other, so
fellowship is very important. We gather for home groups and other forms of fellowship regularly, so that we might get to know
each other more than just superficially. When we know each other, we
can truly care for each other.
Calvary
Chapel Space Coast is committed to worship. God loves the
praises of His people. Our Sunday morning service starts with about
30 minutes of contemporary worship in the auditorium, and 30 minutes
of Kid's Worship in their worship area (Kindergarten thru 5th grade).
Worship is a corporate and personal experience. Some lift their
hands, but all of us lift our hearts before the Lord.
Calvary Chapel Space Coast
is committed to prayer. Prayer is such an integral part of a
believer’s walk. Personal prayer and group prayer are both
important.
Calvary Chapel Space Coast
is committed to telling others about Jesus. We believe
evangelism is both a personal and a corporate practice. Personal
evangelism starts at work,
and at home to our family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. We
feel it is important to not only tell others about Jesus, but to
also show how we are changed through our actions. We also feel some
evangelism should be done in a corporate, group setting, since it
reaches a different segment of people than individual, personal
evangelism.
